At Axify, we want you to shop with confidence. If there is an issue with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for:
- items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
- items returned without contacting our support team first
- final sale items or clearance items, if applicable
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and offer a replacement, refund, or store credit where appropriate.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Order cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, we may not be able to cancel the order if processing has already begun.
